Ecology, social & economy in harmony

Conserving resources

Within the AlpinTrend Group, measures to conserve resources and operate sustainably have long been part of our DNA. We are constantly working on implementing projects to protect the environment and people in the areas of energy efficiency, food waste and CO2 emissions. We communicate this transparently.

Origin of food and ingredients

Unless otherwise stated, our meat products come from Switzerland. Salami and ham products for our pizzas come from Italy.

We source our salmon from Swiss-Lachs in Lostallo GR. The anchovies used for the pizzas come from the Mediterranean region (FAO 37.2.2).

Our bread products are baked in Switzerland using Swiss flour. We make our own pizza dough from Italian flour in the hotel.

Our local water is valuable

We obtain our mineral water from the Graubünden-based company Allegra Passugger Mineralquellen AG.

Green Cleaning

We clean all areas of the hotel with environmentally friendly micro dry steam appliances.

Revolutionary advantage: No water contamination from cleaning agents or the use of chemicals. This allows us to reduce water and detergent consumption enormously and render germs and viruses inactive through thermal disinfection.

Where necessary, we use ecological cleaning agents for a perfectly clean result.

These are all measures that benefit the environment and our employees. For the latter, the physical exertion is significantly less.

Trusting partnerships and strong collaborations are important to us. We always do this for the benefit of our guests. We are pleased to have good relationships with partner companies here in Valbella Lenzerheide, but also with tourist organizations in the canton of Graubünden and throughout Switzerland.
